RETURNS

Once you receive your order, you have 14 calendar days from this date to return any unwanted or unsuitable products.

The products which you wish to return cannot bear any marks of usage.

How to do refunds?

1. You can fill out the refund form [refund form] which needs to be sent to an email address: sklep@201respect.pl or correspondence address: ul. Rolnicza 28, 05-420 Józefów. You can use the form but you don’t have to.
2. You can also send to our correspondence address a written statement of withdrawal from the contract.
3. You will receive the confirmation of a refund form/ written statement and information about further proceeding.
4. You can return goods using any method, but you have to remember that you are responsible for covering the costs.

Refunds send to correspondence address: ul. Rolnicza 28, 05-420 Józefów.

5. After receiving the refunded goods we’ll immediately return all the money spent (including costs of delivery). You have to remember that goods need to be returned in pristine condition.
